Joline's Habitat Houses
The ICM worked with Habitat for Humanity on a build in the name of our member Joline. Together with the community members and volunteers from the ICM, the World Bank and friends and family of Joline, 8 houses were built in the community of Massaca, near Boane.

Pancho Guedes is an architect, a sculptor, a painter, and many other things. He was born in Portugal in 1925 and spent most of his very creative life in Mozambique, where he made more than 500 designs for buildings, most of them built there, but some built in Angola, in South Africa, and in Portugal. Mozambique Animal Protection Society (MAPS)
MAPS was founded by Cheryl Coleman and Moira Felgate who are like a lot of people are appalled at the extent of animal cruelty and neglect in Mozambique.
With the support of WSPA - World Society for the Protection of Animals, a UK based association - MAPS emerged as a registered NGO here in Mozambique - the first of its kind in this country!
